keystone and 3d projection

i am overly happy to announce 3 projects of others who have accomplished to make what i thought was an enorumeous tedious task but useful tool: keystone in processing!!!

here is some info:
keystone is when you want to project in 3d unto a 3d surface but only have the limits of 2d to do it with. in this situation you take the corners of that canvas you want to project and drag them to fit nicely on the real surface. then you have what looks like 3d projections hitting 3d surfaces.

now to the libraries and stuff:
http://www.the-product.org/gestalt/#examples
is a nice project which seeks to make the sketches you create in processing into plane textures which cna be fitted unto reallife 3d objects

http://keystonep5.sourceforge.net/
is what you get but only in small amounts :-) it is a library for processing that does what it says but right now in alpha stage youre only given limited numbers of keystonable surfaces and so forth. alpha stage but nice project!.

and then the fanfare!!!!
http://marcinignac.com/blog/2009/12/09/projection-mapping-in-3d/
a guy who got tired of limited libraries and so forth creating his own. easy keystoning and so forth but i wonder if its only for textures and thereby not generative art and etc.
one thing is to drag the corners of an image to fit a form another is to create a canvas drag the corners to fit and let some generative art unfold itself inside the borders of the created canvas.

here is the storytelling video:
