here you will find info on the ongoing process of building a laser projector.

first first first is the incredible video featuring laserboy software running asteroids atari game all projected on smoke. did i hear the word 3d screen yep RIGHT!
first up is the nice place of laserboy
he has come to a nice discovery that by using his 8 channel soundcard sitting in his pc he can control the laser projector directly.
next up is laserguy216
he has build a nice professionel though space filled enclosure in which he has installed many components that look more or less commercial. which means nice. check out his photos and his thread on laserboy forums
a german site where you can buy lasers, driver boards and scanners. they have a lowcost scanner module consisting of two heads
good info on builds, as well as materials. an eyeopener for me
a shop for laser diodes diy and commercial style. they also have heatsinks
has a nice professional looking build up on the laserboy forums. he has made it all in a nice alu enclosure and while form and size apparently has been important, tidyness and placement of components are superb.
